Shipping Costs Within Malaysia
For Malaysia orders, we ship via Poslaju. Poslaju is closed on Sundays and on some Saturdays. Please allow 2 working days for your package to arrive. Shipping charges is as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM9.00
- East Malaysia: RM12.00
Payment
- Please transfer payment to our Maybank or CIMB account using Internet banking, ATM machines or cash deposit.
- We will give bank details once you have confirmed your order.
- For this time, we not accept credit card term payment and also payment via Paypal.
Returns
All items are brand new, and will be carefully checked before being dispatched. We are not responsible for any losses or damages of the package or content during shipment.
In the rare event that there is a factory defect, you may return it back to us for an exchange within 1 week. Item must be in the same condition and wrapping as received.
Please check the detailed size measurement for individual products before purchasing. We do not accept returns on the basis of "wrong size."
